We're here to help you throughout your entire home buying and selling process. Trying to do it all on your own can be burdensome. We'll find you homes within your price range, help you find buyers, assist you with paperwork, and more.
We are Realtors with eXp Realty(R), a world-wide agency with local offices in Massachusetts. We are also members of the North Shore Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Kathleen has been a licensed Realtor since 2010, and as such, has completed over 100 real estate transactions in the greater Boston area. We specialize in properties that are physically distressed and can help homeowners unload these difficult-to-sell homes. We have extensive knowledge of probate, bankruptcy, and pre-foreclosure processes, and can help homeowners navigate through these situations.
We have been guest speakers on a Boston radio real estate talk show and on a local cable television show. We havealso been featured guest speakers many times at local and national real estate events, including the New England Real Estate Investor Association (REIA), the Boston-Area REIA, and the annual Ignite Real Estate Event in Las Vegas. In addition, Kathleen is a Mentor with EXP Realty and mentors new agents in Massachusetts.
